What’s involved
Phase 1 – preparing site for finishing

Removal of all waste discarded by builders for example, bricks, nails, screws, left over wood and other items. Larger items can be removed with notice.* A skip is usually provided by the contractor or we may be able to remove excess waste for an additional charge.
All tools and building equipment which might be left lying around will be carefully collected and positioned for builders’ removal.

| Phase 2 – the deep clean |
Removal of all excessive dust, paint spots, grout, tile adhesive, manufacturers stickers and any other elements that are not part of the completed build specification.
All instruction manuals for new appliances will be gathered and tidied in to a folder. |
| Phase 3 – sparkle clean |
Finally we work with our ‘All Squeaky Clean’ method applying the finishing touch and polish by our skilled operatives ready for the oncoming occupancy.
The clean is inspected by our project supervisor who will compile a cleaning report so we can inform you of any specific issues that may have arisen.
